Harlan Worsham
President & Owner
Harlan is the owner of Solid Rock Construction with over 21 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. He currently oversees all operations assisted by an excellent team of managers. Harlan has a passion for design and an expertise in turning impractical spaces into designed, renovated and functional spaces. He is married to Chelsea and they have 3 children. In his spare time, Harlan enjoys spending time with family, going to the cabin and snowmobiling.
Harlan Worsham Sr
VP Sales
Harlan Sr is the co-founder of Solid Rock. He has been a licensed contractor since 1983 and has experience in many types of construction. Harlan meets with prospective customers, providing information and free estimates along with inspections and various administrative duties. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing!
Luke Anderson
VP Residential Construction
Luke joined our team in 2013. He is a licensed Minnesota Building Official and an ICC certified building inspector, and oversees all residential construction projects, completes internal plan review, consults on commercial projects, and provides technical advisory to the team. Luke graduated from the University of Minnesota with a double major in Public Relations and Spanish Studies and speaks fluently to our Spanish speaking trade partners and clients. He is married and has three wonderful children. Anyone who knows Luke knows he loves to cook! He has an amazing talent for BBQ and grilling.
Beth Louden
VP Commercial Construction
Beth joined our team in 2023. She comes to us with over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry and has a Masters Degree in nonprofit administration. She has spent her entire career in the management of commercial facilities and their construction projects. Her experience includes commercial facilities, healthcare facilities, as well as schools and colleges. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and being outdoors, downhill skiing, boating and paddle boarding.
Tucker Arenz
Commercial Field Operation Manager
Tucker joined our team in 2018. Tucker has 16 years of experience in the construction industry. He graduated from Bemidji State University with honors and a B.S. in Construction and Project Management. What he enjoys most about working at Solid Rock Construction is building relationships with customers and being part of bringing their vision to life. Tucker enjoys spending time outdoors, on the lake and with his wife and baby girl. Being the outdoorsman he is, hunting, fishing, skiing, and hockey are just a few of his favorite hobbies.
Josh Pike
Residential Field Operation Manager
Josh joined our team in 2021. He has about 20 years’ experience in the field. He went to school at St. Paul Tech for carpentry and electrical construction. He has a wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with family, being outside and on the lake. He says, “the lake is my happy place”.
Aaron Hedtke
Senior Project Manager
Aaron joined our team in 2023. Aaron wears many hats at Solid Rock including developing detailed project proposals and plans, overseeing onsite production, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Aaron has over 20 years of commercial construction experience and enjoys working on various aspects of a project from planning to completion. In his spare time Aaron enjoys building furniture, longboarding, hunting up north, and spending time with his three children.

Jon joined our team in 2025.
Cindy Sonnenburg
Commercial Project Coordinator & Accounting
Cindy joined our team in 2021. Cindy maintains financial records, manages payroll and pto, assists the commercial project managers, handles invoicing, ordering, scheduling, etc. Outside of Solid Rock, Cindy enjoys pickleball, creating jewelry, baking delicious sourdough bread (her business is Five Loaves Bread Co), and spending time with her husband, 3 children and grandkids in Texas whenever she can.
Tim Ostendorf
Strategic Operations Manager
Tim joined our team in 2025. Previously working as a part-time branding and marketing contractor since 2006, he moved to full-time in 2025. Tim comes with over 20 years of experience in branding, marketing, software development, as well as operations and leadership. He is responsible for managing strategic operations and overseeing all company technologies. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 boys, traveling, woodworking, and audio production at his church.
Brianna Oliver
Residential Project Coordinator
Brianna joined our team in 2020. On any given day, Brianna assists clients with selections, setting project schedules, providing support to the residential team and developing new processes. Brianna works with clients from the onset of the estimation process through project completion. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband, dog and friends.
Nina Ehoff
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Nina joined our team in 2022. Nina coordinates events and trade shows for the commercial division, manages email and social media marketing campaigns, and creates promotional materials featuring various products and services. Assisting the VP of Commercial Construction, she gathers and submits time sensitive paperwork for various projects. Nina has been creating and managing social media and marketing content for small businesses since 2019 and has a passion for creative writing. Her work has been published in magazines and print products. Outside of Solid Rock, Nina is a homeschool educator to her three children. She can often be found in bookstores and coffee shops in her spare time and loves eating tacos.
Christa Page
Office Manager
Christa joined our team in 2024. Christa ensures the company is current with insurance, various certifications, and state small business guidelines. She also manages employee onboarding and benefits, as well as general office operations. Christa is honored to utilize her organizational skills and attention to detail to contribute to a company that not only conducts high quality work locally but also supports a global issue she’s been passionate about and involved in for many years, preventing human trafficking and caring for its victims. New to the workforce after raising and homeschooling her children, she appreciates working with such a fun, close-knit team. She has two young adult children, is a bit of a foodie, and enjoys being on a lake, dancing, horseback riding, and traveling.
Patrick Lizakowski
Material Coordinator
Patrick joined our team in 2021. Patrick has many years of valuable customer service experience. He is a big part of keeping our jobs progressing on time and within budget. Patrick works closely with our team managers to source, purchase, track and deliver job materials and customer selections to ensure our teams in the field have everything they need to keep projects moving forward. He enjoys playing board games and card games, most professional Minnesota sports teams, and attending his son’s sporting events.
Sophia Engler
Administrative Assistant
Sophia joined our team in 2024. When she is in the office, she communicates with customers frequently and helps them in the first stages of their project. Additionally, she works part-time in the field and completes a final clean of each job. Sophia is a recent graduate from Centennial High School and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout this summer. Solid Rock is special to her because of the family and community. Employees are all great friends and work well together. She has a passion for connecting with new people and growing new friendships. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors, reading, visiting with friends/family, and going new places.
Chelsea Worsham
Administrative Assistant
Chelsea joined our team in 2013. Chelsea helps with various projects and administrative tasks for Solid Rock Construction. She enjoys working closely with family and being part of the team. Chelsea is married to Harlan R and they have three children. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys making jewelry and is a hair stylist.
Jay Sonnenburg
Assistant Material Coordinator
Jay joined our team in 2023. Jay coordinates material pickup and drop off for various job sites to ensure they have everything they need to keep projects running smoothly. Jay loves his job simply because, it's fun! Interesting fact, Jay has spent 45 years in the Opthalmic Optics field in the academics, medical, and production aspect. He also speaks three languages and wrote a book on German geneology and immigration in the 19th century.
Mike Engler
Construction Foreman
Mike joined our team in 2023. Mike is proficient in many areas of construction and can work on just about anything we throw his way. He oversees workers in the field, ensures safety regulations are followed, manages onsite tasks and projects, and schedules material delivery. Mike has a wide range of skills including confined space entry, machine fabrication and design, welding, CAD/CAM programming, and HAZMAT work. Outside of work Mike enjoys watching movies, grilling outside, completing home projects, and eating seafood.
Luke Couwenhoven
Construction Foreman
Luke joined our team in 2023. Luke enjoys the challenge of building things along with problem solving and the creativity involved in each project. After flipping his first house, Luke knew he had a passion for construction. He is thankful to have met Harlan and joined the Solid Rock team. Luke has been married to his wife Bridget for almost 14 years. They have a son named Vinny and a daughter named Risa. In his spare time Luke enjoys golfing, playing recreational sports, and traveling internationally.

Andrew Rose
Carpenter
Andrew joined our team in 2024. Andrew ensures tasks are completed on time and as cost effectively as possible. He loves seeing the reactions from our customers when they see their finished project. He enjoys learning new skills with each project and being part of the process from beginning to end. Andrew has worked on large union jobs as well as small residential projects, and the one thing he values the most from his experience has been the connections he has made with customers. Andrew is a husband and father of two. He enjoys playing sports and weight lifting. In his spare time he has traveled to Iceland, Ireland, Scotland and Brazil as well as around the United States. He loves hiking and being outdoors.
Hudson Lindquist
Carpenter
Hudson joined our team in 2024. Hudson plays a vital role on our team handling a wide variety of tasks with skill and dedication. What he enjoys most about the position is the opportunity to continuously learn new skills and apply them to different situations, enhancing both personal and professional growth. Outside of work, Hudson stays active by going to the gym and enjoys lending a hand to friends who need it.
